If a Traveller is Overseas and Requires Assistance
You must contact our emergency assistance provider, Allianz Partners. If you require medical treatment, need to return home, or have suffered a loss whilst travelling, you must contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so may, in some instances mean we will not pay part or all of the claim.
